Usage Rights:

• You may use generated QR codes for personal or commercial purposes
• No attribution required
• No limits on number of QR codes generated
• QR codes never expire

No Warranty: The QR code generator is provided "as is" without any guarantees. I'm not responsible for QR codes not scanning properly.

Prohibited Uses

I reserve the right to block access to the QR generator if it's being abused.

Freelance Services Terms

For freelance services (web development, design, etc.):

• All work is done on a freelance basis
• Payment terms discussed and agreed individually
• Project scope defined before starting work
• No ongoing maintenance unless specifically agreed
• Client provides all necessary content and materials

Note: Each freelance project will have its own agreement separate from these website terms.

Intellectual Property

Website Content: All website design, text, graphics, and code are owned by Ghalib Ali.

QR Code Content: You own the content you put into QR codes and the resulting QR code images.

Portfolio Work: Examples shown in my portfolio remain my intellectual property but clients own their specific projects.

Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I'm not liable for any damages from using this website
• The QR generator is provided without warranty
• I'm not responsible for third-party content linked from QR codes
• Website may be unavailable occasionally for maintenance
